Project Controls

PTS provides project controls services to Owners that help maximize efficiency and minimize risk throughout the course of a project. We perform project scheduling, change order review and validation, contingency and allowance during drawdown tracking, and invoice review and validation to effectively track project spending.

Reporting

Our team has the tools to provide our Clients with Monthly Cost and Risk reporting and accurate Cashflow analysis and forecasting. Throughout financial close-out, PTS helps ensure all final liens, attic stocks, as-builts, and warranties have been turned over, enabling projects to be audit-ready and ensuring project compliance.
