Our Mission

PTS strives to be the premier Special Inspection Agency and technical consulting firm, committed to delivering reliability, responsiveness, and service solutions to our valued clients. To do so, the PTS team consists of highly qualified professional engineers, technicians, and construction specialists, dedicated to ensuring life safety, overseeing construction quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and influencing project outcomes through effective risk-based controls.

Experience and technology are the difference between us and other firms. Our multidisciplinary team has over decades of experience. No individual is an expert on everything, but with a team of engineers and technical experts behind your project you can be confident the project is monitored with great care. Our technicians are positioned to react quickly and be there when you need us. Whether the going concern is a field performance deficiency, a glitch in the technical process or a project variance in scope, time and budget, the key is providing quick and precise solution to the problem. Leadership Team

Mr. Max Lee, P.E. brings leadership experience and innovation to Project Tactical Solutions (PTS) Currently as Managing Partner, Mr. Lee oversees daily operations and business development.

Before forming Project Tactical Solutions, Mr. Lee has dedicated his career in building New York City in various capacities. His design work in both government and private sectors impacted the economic growth throughout the 5 boroughs.

Most notably, Mr. Lee has served as the Manhattan Deputy Borough Commissioner for NYC Department of Buildings. His executive roles introduced and implemented multiple building codes enforcement initiatives. Given his extensive knowledge in building codes and regulations, navigating the complex requirements of Special Inspections is second nature.

Mr. Lee earned a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from NYU Polytechnic University.
