Tenant Protection Plan (TPP)
A Tenant Protection Plan (TPP) outlines measures to ensure the safety of tenants during construction demolition, or renovation processes, even as they continue to reside in the building. The submission of a TPP becomes a prerequisite for obtaining a construction permit under applicable conditions. Each permit may require its specific TPP, detailing tenant protections related to the scope of work.
